LOS ANGELES - Bret Michaels is in critical condition suffering from a brain hemorrhage, his publicist said Friday. Joann Mignano confirmed a report on People magazine's website Friday that said the former Poison frontman was rushed to intensive care late Thursday after a severe headache. The report said doctors discovered bleeding at the base of his brain stem.

Mignano said tests are being conducted and that no further information was available.

The 47-year-old reality TV star had an emergency appendectomy last week after complaining of stomach pains. He said on his website that though the surgery "has taken its toll," doctors expected him to make a full recovery... More

In his February public apology, Tiger Woods vowed he would show more respect to the game of golf. No more fist pumping, no more club tossing and no more profanity-laden outbursts after bad shots.

He made it about 42 holes.

During Saturday's third round of The Masters, Woods repeatedly cursed at himself loudly enough for television microphones to pick it up and air it live on CBS. The mini-temper tantrums came during a stretch on the front nine when Woods made three bogeys in four holes.

After a poorly-struck tee shot on the par-3 6th hole, Tiger closed his eyes in disgust and loudly said, "Tiger Woods, you suck." He followed that with a Commandment-breaking expletive and a shake of the head.

With impeccable timing, CBS announcer Verne Lundquist chimed in, "I don't think he's pleased."...Next

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- One day after Jesse James was hit with allegations he cheated on wife Sandra Bullock, the reality star has issued an apology, but stopped short of confirming the rumored infidelity.

James called "the vast majority" of claims that have surfaced "untrue and unfounded," in a statement the star issued to Access Hollywood on Thursday. "I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment," his statement continued. "There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me."

James apologized to Bullock and his three children, children he was photographed taking to school on Thursday, followed by the paparazzi...More

Aside from his Oscar win, documentary filmmaker Roger Ross Williams can't seem to catch a break. He's now better known for being ambushed onstage by former co-producer Elinor Burkett (now nicknamed "Lady Kanye") during his acceptance speech, rather than for his film, "Music by Prudence," which won for best documentary short. The day after the Oscar incident, Williams attempted to give the speech he wrote in a public forum, and again he was interrupted.

Because of the speech-hijacking incident, Larry King invited Williams on his show last night. After discussing the "Kanye moment" for a few minutes, King announced, "We wanted to give him a chance to give his speech, uninterrupted." Williams walked over to the side of the stage, where a microphone had been set up. Holding his speech in his hand, he began speaking as if he were still in front of the Oscar audience and had just learned his film had won. ("Oh my god, oh my god.")...More

WASHINGTON – A rash of ethics lapses has given Democrats an election-year headache: how to convince skeptical voters that they're any cleaner than Republicans they accused of fostering a "culture of corruption" in 2006.

From the conduct of governors in Illinois and New York to back-room deals over President Barack Obama's health care overhaul, Democrats are drawing their own criticism when it comes to the ethics of public officials.

The party that pledged to "drain the swamp" if given control of Congress finds itself sinking in the muck nine months from Election Day, when every member of the House and 36 Senate seats will be chosen....More

AP-NEW YORK – A Florida woman has sued rapper 50 Cent in New York City, claiming he unlawfully distributed her homemade sex video over the Internet after editing himself into it as a wig-wearing narrator.

Lastonia Leviston filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan claiming unauthorized use of her name or image and emotional distress caused by the public release of a video she made with a lover in 2008.

The lawsuit claims 50 Cent posted the video on his Web site last year after blurring out the lover's face. It also claims the rapper appears in the video wearing a wig and robe and can be heard narrating throughout...More

ESPN has suspended former Monday Night Football analyst and host of Pardon The Interruption Tony Kornheiser for "a few days" after comments he made on the radio about the wardrobe of SportsCenter host Hannah Storm.

Last week, Kornheiser opened his Washington D.C. radio show by critiquing the clothing Storm was wearing while hosting one of the Tuesday morning editions of "SportsCenter". He said:

"Hannah Storm in a horrifying, horrifying outfit today. She's got on red go-go boots and a catholic school plaid skirt. Way too short for somebody in her 40s or maybe early 50s by now. And she's got on her typically very, very tight shirt. So she looks like she's got sausage casing wrapping around her upper body. I mean, I know she's very good, and I'm not supposed to be critical of ESPN people, so I won't ... But, Hannah Storm, come on now! Stop! What are you doing? ... [She's] what I would call a Holden Caulfield fantasy at this point..."More
